Telenav appoints Wes Cummins to board
Mr. Cummins joined Nokomis Capital in October of 2012. From March of 2011 to September 2012 he was an analyst for Harvey Partners.
Prior to Harvey Partners, Mr. Cummins was at B. Riley & Co. since February of 2002. During his 9 years at B. Riley, he held multiple positions including: Senior Research Analyst covering technology hardware companies, Director of Research, Head of Capital Markets, and finally President.
Prior to B. Riley, Mr. Cummins was an Associate Analyst at Needham & Company. He holds a B.S.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
In connection with the agreement, Richard Todaro will resign from Telenav Board of Directors.
On September 23, 2015, Telenav, appointed Mr. Todaro as a director of the Company. Mr. Todaro has served as a director of B. Riley Financial since July 2014, where he also serves as a member of its Audit Committee.
Prior to that, until March 2014, he spent 20 years at Kennedy Capital Management (KCM). While at KCM, Mr. Todaro held several positions including analyst, assistant director of research, assistant portfolio manager, portfolio manager, vice president and member of its board of directors.
Mr. Todaro spent three years as a board member of the University of Missouri - St. Louis Finance Department, and he currently serves as an advisory board member for Gateway Greening. He also served in the Air National Guard as a staff sergeant from 1992 to 1998.
Mr. Todaro received a BSBA in Finance from the University of Missouri - St. Louis and a Master of Finance degree from Saint Louis University. He is a chartered financial analyst and has passed the Uniform Investment Advisor Law examination. ■
