Roxanne Oulman takes over as Callidus Software CFO
Mr. Corey hass over 30 years of executive and financial management experience in public and private companies, particularly in Silicon Valley with software and hardware companies.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Corey served as the chief financial officer of FrontRange Solutions US since May 2012. He served in various roles at Extreme Networks from July 2009 to March 2011, ultimately as interim chief executive officer and executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Prior to Extreme Networks, Mr. Corey held a variety of executive positions, including executive vice president and chief financial officer, at Thor Technologies, Inc., an enterprise software company, from May 2003 to January 2006.
Mr. Corey currently serves as a member of the board of directors and as chairman of the audit committee for Apigee Corporation, a private software development tools and services company.
Mr. Corey will be succeeded by Roxanne Oulman, who was the company's Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting. She will take on CFO responsibilities effective November 15th 2016.
Ms. Oulman has over 20 years of financial management and leadership experience at public and private companies.
Prior to CallidusCloud, Ms. Oulman was Interim Chief Financial Officer at Thoratec Corporation, where she held several financial leadership roles from 2004 to 2013.
Prior to Thoratec, Ms. Oulman served as General Manager from 2000 to 2005 and Western Regional Controller from 1999 to 2000 for Zomax. She served in a variety of financial leadership roles.
Ms. Oulman has a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato and a Masters of Business Administration from University of the Pacific—Eberhardt School of Business. ■
