Rodger Garner of USAID in Mexico
February 17, 2007 Washinton D.C., USA - The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) announced the swearing in of Rodger Garner as the new Mission Director for Mexico.Mr. Garner graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics. He holds a master's degree and a (ABD) PhD. in Agricultural Economics from Iowa State University. A Senior Foreign Service Officer, Rodger Garner has served with USAID since 1984 in multiple countries including Somalia, the Philippines, Thailand, the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and most recently as Mission Director in Romania.
