Rail Europe Appoints Two New Chief Officers

May 5, 2008, White Plains, N.Y., USA - Rail Europe, the White Plains based subsidiary of the French National Railroads (SNCF) and Swiss Federal Railways (SBB), appoints two new Chief Officers.

The company announced Duncan Still as Chief Commercial Officer and Zine Belhonchet as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Still earned an MBA in Marketing from NYU - Stern School of Business. Mr. Still joined Rail Europe in 1997 as Vice President of HR, Legal Affairs and Administration and in 2003, was appointed Chief Financial Officer. Formerly Mr. Still held management positions in Finance, Operations and Customer Service at British Rail in the UK and at BritRail Travel International, Inc based in New York.

Mr. Belhonchet is a graduate of Sciences Po in Paris, he majored in Finance and joined Rail Europe in 1997 as Activity and Budget Controller. Mr. Belhonchet became Director of Finance in 2004 and was appointed Vice President of Strategic Planning in 2007. Previous to his employment at Rail Europe, Mr. Belhonchet was Controller for the French subsidiary of Welch Allyn based outside Paris.
