Probst III holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware. He served as Director of MP3.com, Inc. since April 1999; from 1987 to 1991 he served as Senior Vice President of EA Distribution, and after that he has been Chairman of the Board of Electronic Arts Inc. since 1994 and Chief Executive Officer since May 1991. Mr. Probst has been President and Chief Operating Officer of EA Inc. since 2004.
