Oshkosh independent chairman Richard M. Donnelly to retire

OshkoshOshkosh Corporation, a manufacturer of specialty vehicles and vehicle bodies, announced that Richard M. Donnelly, independent chairman, wants to retire from the board at the close of the 2017 annual meeting of shareholders.

Mr. Donnelly has served as a director of the Company since 2001. From 1961 until his retirement in 1999, he held various positions with General Motors Corporation including most recently as President and Group Executive of General Motors, Europe, a division of General Motors Corporation.

From 2000 through September 2009, Mr. Donnelly served as an Industrial Partner in Ripplewood Holdings where he was responsible for its global automotive supply portfolio.

Mr. Donnelly is also Chairman of Niles Co., Ltd. and Honsel International Technologies S.A., a director of Asahi Tec Corporation and a Trustee of Colonial Williamsburg Foundation.

Richard G. Sim, a member of the board, also notified the Company of his intention to retire.

Mr. Sim has served as a director of the Company since 1997. From 1998 until 2003, he was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of APW, Ltd., an electronic contract manufacturer.

Mr. Sim served as Chairman and a member of the board of directors of Actuant Corporation, a manufacturer of hydraulic equipment, from 1987 until 2002.
