Noricum Gold appoints two directors
Dr. O'Brien is the Senior Vice President, Exploration & New Business Development of base metal miner Lundin Mining Corporation and is the longest serving officer of this company.
Dr. O'Brien has several years of experience as a director on the board of junior exploration companies and extensive international experience in all stages of mineral exploration and development of base metal projects. He is a Canadian and British citizen, residing in Canada.
Dr. O'Brien holds a PhD in Economic Geology from Queen's University in Canada and has over 30 years of industry experience, including 15 years in technical roles with Teck Cominco and now 11 years as a mining executive with Lundin Mining.
Mr. Damouni has over 15 years of experience in investment banking and capital markets with expertise in the natural resource sector.
He has experience in equity financings, restructurings, corporate valuations and advisory assignments. He is a Director of Kerr Mines and a Director of Silvergate Capital Partners.
He is a graduate of McGill University, Canada. ■
