May 21, 2008, Bahrain - Sabre Airline Solutions has announced the appointment of Mouna J. Moussi to Regional Marketing Manager for the Middle East and Africa regions.

Ms. Moussi has more than 11 years experience in the travel industry. Ms. Moussi holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from University of Balamand – Koura, Lebanon and a Masters of Science in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University – College of Aeronautics, UK. Ms. Moussi was on the board of several advisory groups serving the airline industry regionally and internationally. She is a member in the International Aviation Women Association IAWA, The Hellenic Aviation Society, and the Aeronautical Aviation Society.

She was previously an Executive Director at the Arab Air Carriers Organization (AACO) where she played an integral role in airline communications activities including organising high-level events, representing the industry in international forums, and establishing and managing the AACO Industry Partners’ programme. Ms. Moussi also led negotiations with authorities including the Dialogue with European Commission over future bilateral agreements, and managed numerous implementations such as the AACO joint project ARABESK – a Regional Network Cooperation of eight carries implementing Sabre.
