Millicom names chief ethics and compliance officer
Mr. Rogers brings a wealth of experience in managing compliance programs, strengthening compliance policies and procedures, as well as conducting training and development.
Currently, Mr. Rogers is a partner at Sidley Austin LLP, representing individual, corporate and government clients in compliance issues and complex commercial litigation.
He has represented clients in a variety of white collar investigations by federal and state enforcement agencies and committees of the U.S. Congress.
Mr. Rogers also works on general appellate matters involving briefing before the United States Supreme Court and the federal courts of appeals, including an original action before the United States Supreme Court.
Prior to joining the firm he clerked for the Honorable Thomas B. Griffith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit from 2005 – 2006.
Mr. Rogers received his Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School in 2004 and has published several articles on compliance and ethics within the corporate setting. ■
