L-3 Communications names SVP
Lt. Gen. Davis joins L-3 with more than 30 years of aerospace and defense experience, having most recently served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Seabury Global Aerospace & Defense Consulting.
Lt. Gen. Davis’ Air Force career included serving as military deputy in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, where he was responsible for research and development, test, production and modernization of USAF programs. He also led the USAF Acquisition organization for more than a year.
In addition, Lt. Gen. Davis served as Commander of the Electronic Systems Center and Program Executive Officer (PEO) for Command, Control and Communications Infrastructure and Networks at Hanscom Air Force Base (AFB), as well as Commander of the Air Armament Center and PEO for Weapons at Eglin AFB.
Lt. Gen. Davis is a U.S. Air Force Academy graduate and holds master’s degrees from California State University, Fresno, and the National Defense University (formerly known as the Industrial College of the Armed Forces). He is a test pilot with more than 3,400 flying hours in 53 types of aircraft. ■
