Jimmy Choo director Gianluca Brozzetti to step down
Mr. Brozzetti was named an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, with effect from Admission, in September 2014.
He started his management career in Rome, in 1980, at Procter & Gamble where he eventually became Group Marketing Director. In 1985, he became an associate at McKinsey & Co., a global management consulting firm, in Milan.
Following that position, Mr. Brozzetti gained over 28 years of executive experience in top luxury and fashion brands. He became the Sales & Marketing Director at Gucci Group in Florence in 1986; Executive Director Bulgari Jewels/Watches in Rome in 1987; and then managed the start-up of the Bulgari Fragrance Division in Neuchatel in 1992.
Additionally Mr. Brozzetti became the President and Director General at Louis Vuitton Malletier in Paris in 1999; the CEO and a shareholder of Asprey & Garrard in London in 2001; the CEO of Nautor Swan Yachts in Finland in 2007; and the CEO at Roberto Cavalli in Florence/Milan in 2009, a position he held until February 2014.
Mr. Brozzetti was also a Non-Executive Director at William Grant & Sons from 2001 to 2012. Most recently, he was appointed CEO of Buccellati in September 2014. ■
