Glenwick appoints two as non-executive directors

GlenwickGlenwick, a natural resources company, announcd that Jacob Jan Kornelis Poll and Amanda Bianca Nicole Marziliano Van Dyke are joining the board as non-executive directors.

Dr. Poll has held a number of technical and executive positions with the likes of Shell and Woodside, and has been CEO, adviser to and a Board member of a number of small and medium sized oil and gas companies, most notably Oil Search, Petroz NL, Otto Energy, and Anzoil.

Dr. Poll, who has been advising the Company as a technical consultant since March 30, 2016, holds a BSc, MSc, and a PhD in Structural Geology from the University of Leiden in Holland, and has been working in the petroleum industry since 1966.

Dr. Poll's 46-year petroleum exploration and production management career has spanned the globe, including the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, South East Asia and Australia.

Dr. Poll is a certified professional member of the American Association of Petroleum Geology (AAPG) and a Distinguished Member of the Petroleum Exploration Society of Australia (PESA).

Ms. Van Dyke is currently a non-executive director of Paternoster Resources plc and a specialist fund manager at Peterhouse Asset Management.

She has previously worked for Dundee Securities, Ocean Equities and GMP as a mining specialist in equity sales.

Ms. Van Dyke has an MBA and an MA in international economics from SDA Bocconi.
