Dunkin' Brands Group CFO Paul Carbone to leave
Mr. Carbone joined Dunkin’ Brands in August 2008 as Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis.
In June 2012, Mr. Carbone was named Chief Financial Officer for Dunkin’ Brands.
Prior to joining Dunkin’ Brands, Mr. Carbone served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Tween Brands, Inc., where he had responsibility for the Company’s financial functions, loss prevention and travel management.
Before Tween Brands, he also served in financial leadership roles for several retail organizations.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Carbone was a successful entrepreneur, who founded and operated three companies, including a bakery outlet in Boston, Mass.
He received his BS from the University of Massachusetts, his BSBA from the University of South Carolina, and his MBA from the University of Illinois.
Kate Jaspon, Dunkin' Brands Vice President, Finance and Treasurer, has been appointed to serve as interim CFO.
An eleven-year Dunkin' Brands veteran, Ms. Jaspon joined Dunkin' Brands as Assistant Controller in 2005.
Ms. Jaspon was later promoted to Vice President, Controller and Corporate Treasurer, and since 2014 has held the title of Vice President, Finance and Treasury.
Ms. Jaspon came to Dunkin' Brands from KPMG LLP, the international financial services corporation, where she spent eight years supporting both public and private companies as an auditor.
A certified public accountant, Ms. Jaspon is a graduate of Babson College. ■
