Arrow Global Group CEO Tom Drury to step down
Mr. Drury has over 17 years of executive leadership experience. He joined Arrow Global from Shanks Group plc where he served as group chief executive.
Prior to this Mr. Drury was managing director of Vertex Data Science Limited, the business process outsourcing division of United Utilities in the UK He also served on the board of United Utilities.
Mr. Drury began his career as a management trainee at Unilever, before joining PWC as a management consultant, specialising in financial management and business planning.
Mr. Drury received a first from Oxford University, and is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Lee Rochford, formerly CFO of Virgin Money will replace Mr. Drury as Group CEO and Board Director from 3 January 2017.
Mr. Rochford joined Virgin Money to lead it through its Initial Public Offering which completed successfully in November 2014. He has significant banking, financial services and markets experience having spent more than 25 years working in these fields.
Mr. Rochford joined BNP Paribas in 1991, becoming head of Northern Europe securitisation before moving to Credit Suisse for seven years, where he was head of S f Gf f European Asset Finance.
In 2007, he joined RBS where he was head of the Financial Institution Group for Europe, Middle East and Africa and responsible for providing advisory, capital markets and risk solutions for financial institutions.
Mr. Rochford has an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Pembroke College, the University of Oxford. ■
