AmerisourceBergen names VP, corporate and investor relations
Ms. Mattox brings over 15 years of investor relations and corporate communications experience spanning both corporate roles and public relations firms.
Ms. Mattox has significant experience within the specialty, generics and biotech pharmaceutical sectors.
Most recently, Ms. Mattox served as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Public Affairs with Endo International, a role she assumed in 2015 following Endo’s acquisition of Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, where she led the investor relations function.
At Endo, she was responsible for investor relations, corporate communications and government affairs.
Ms. Mattox started her career in journalism with positions at the Washington Post and Hearst Newspapers before transitioning into public relations and then the pharmaceutical industry.
Ms. Mattox graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Boston University and has her master’s degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland.
She succeeds Barbara A. Brungess, currently Vice President, Corporate & Investor Relations, who is leaving the Company, effective December 31, 2016, to pursue other opportunities. ■
