Samsung F400 is a dual slider music phone designed to bring top quality music and that's why the company joined forces with legendary engineers at Bang & Olufsen.

Good news from Samsung Electronics Co. for european customers and not so good for aficionados in Asia: Samsung F400 will first be available in France, then in other European countries, and after that in Asia, Southeast Asia, and Middle East.

F400 is a dual slider music phone designed to bring top quality music and that's why the company joined forces with legendary engineers at Bang & Olufsen. Samsung F400 ha ICEpower technology by Bang & Olufsen; Smart Bass provides rich, deep and powerful sound, and Smart Limiter ensures an audio signal to not exceed the amplitude of the threshold.

There are many other technologies built-in F400. Digital Natural Sound engine 2.0 brings an ideal and customized sonic experience for every genre of music. All the great music features are easily accessible by simply pressing a music hot key button placed on the side. When slide up, F400 is ready to make calls with a softly brushed metallic keypad. When slide down, F400 becomes a music player, revealing hidden dual stereo speakers that pump up quality sound. A silver wheel navigator on top adds a special touch to the classic premium design, and provides users with dee-jay experience as they turn the disk to tune their music.

Samsung F400

Shazam is the name of music recognizing application embedded within F400, and it provides users with a connected music experience. By using the application, users can find out the name and artist of an unknown tune by simply pointing their phone at the music. The service is also available when a user is listening to a song on the radio integrated within the handset.

Samsung F400 has 3-megapixel camera with AF and FM Radio. Bluetooth 2.0 supports provide convenience and entertainment. Storage space is never an issue for F400, with an in-box 1GB SD memory and a microSD slot that supports up to 8GB to store all music files. USB 2.0 HS is also available for an extra mass storage space. A 3.5 mm earphone jack is definitely a plus, letting users plug in their favourite headsets directly to the phone.
