Panasonic with flying colors

When preparing a presentation no matter how big, because every one is equally important, there are some preparations to be done. Hours of planning, speech writing, going over and over again through product specification, mental training with personal coach... And choosing the right hardware that a) must not fail and b) must have a backup.
And among the presentation hardware the projector is unavoidable. If it doesn't work no investor will see your graphs, charts and profit projections. And if it does work, the colors can be so dull that all columns look the same. Again, the investors won't be able to see "the real deal" and since they're always very short on patience, your project is history. And you, too.
So, what make a good business projector? First, it must be reliable. And second, the picture quality must be (at least) good.
There usually were two categories of digital projectors: home or business. Home (or "home theater" as is the other term) was intended to give a picture of vivid colors, so to be suitable for watching movies and other moving pictures. Business category, on the other hand, should give a bright picture on the wall. Period. No fancy features, just picture.
However, those two categories converge. The "business" brings the brightness and "home" brings the colors. One of the good examples is Panasonic PT-DW5000U.
The PT-DW5000U with a single-chip DLP, give 4500 lumens while brightness is at 100 percent. To be able to achieve that Panasonic uses two lamps 300W UHM. If you want, you can use just one, and their life is about 4000 hours.

The ports on the projector are DVI HDCP, BNC, S-Video, Composite, RS-232 and Ethernet (should you feel the need to control your Panasonic from a remote location without the remote control). The Panasonic has very quality lens and uses electronic for the vertical shift, manual for the horizontal one, and it has electronic zoom and focus.
The PT-DW5000U is compatible with the NTSC, NTSC 4.43, PAL, PAL-M, PAL-N, PAL 60, and SECAM video standards, and the supported resolutions are 480i, 576i, 480p, 576p, 720p, 1080i. I think it is everything you'll ever need.
If you ever saw a "true business" projector, plug the Panasonic in and watch some movies. The whole new world will open. Brightness is excellent, the shadow really has details in it, the colors are well defined and there are no strains on eyes. The Panasonic PT-DW5000U is suitable for business presentation, home theater or pub football experience. In every situation you'll be more than satisfied with the picture quality.

And affordability? The list price of PT-DW5000U in U.S. is around $11,000. If you're not satisfied, or just strive to perfection, try the top model from Panasonic: PT-DW10000U. You'll enjoy in 10000 ANSI Lumens, 1080p HD picture and contrast of 5000:1, all that for $59,000.
