After many years of research, Philips and New Venture Partners created a start-up company named Liquavista. That was a year ago and the mission is to use the Electrowetting technology to make displays that are very bright and energy-efficient.

When preparing a presentation no matter how big, because every one is equally important, there are some preparations to be done. Hours of planning, speech writing, going over and over again through product specification, mental training with personal coach... And choosing the right hardware that a) must not fail and b) must have a backup.

Graphics tablets are with us for some time now, however they are generally overlooked. While there are many articles about new mice or keyboards, the graphic tablets lag behind in media coverage and daily use. And that is undeserved.

The legend among the laptops came to world 15 years ago. The name itself became a synonym for a robust, sturdy, reliable business laptop. The cult laptop hit the shelves in July 1992 although IBM introduced three months ago that same year. The most interesting fact about ThinkPad is its form: It came to life as a tablet.

The concept of flying drones is known from SF films, and from research laboratories ranging from military's to MIT's. Well, the small, ball-like device, which flies around, takes pictures and send 'em to the ground is reality for British police.
