Taste of Hong Kong is back

Taste of Hong KongThe Taste of Hong Kong culinary festival, which runs from March 22 to 25, includes an oversized cask by The Singleton of Glen Ord Single Malt Scotch Whisky, and the festival is going to be outstanding.

With a backdrop set against the city’s vibrant skyline, Taste of Hong Kong presented by Standard Chartered will welcome a total of 20 restaurants to the shores of Victoria Harbour.

From the high-end sophistication of Bo Innovation, Caprice and Duddell’s to the contemporary trendsetters of Little Bao, Yardbird and Poem Patisserie, Taste of Hong Kong caters to all.

Discover the ultimate foodie playground a brand new line up of restaurants for 2018 including international visitors Bubbledogs restaurant from the UK & Black Star Pastry patisserie from Sydney who will be joining BlackSalt, Caprice, Pici, New Punjab Club & more.

Create your dream tasting menu from multiple high end cuisines and try some dishes that have never been seen in Hong Kong before from some of the city’s best chefs.

Plus enjoy the amazing array of experiences ranging from whiskey and wine tastings to sweet treats, one off collaborations, live music and family fun.

Each restaurant has specifically designed one Taste Festival exclusive dish that you will only find at Taste of Hong Kong, so be sure not to miss out!

Whether you are searching for your favourite cheese to pair with some fine wine or mouthwatering chocolate to share with a loved one or the deliciously naughty topping to coat your ice cream, you will find it whilst choosing from the 60 artisan producers in The Gourmet Market.

Taste of Hong Kong 6 sessions, each lasting between 4-5 hours (depending on the day) giving you time to enjoy your pick of restaurant dishes, browse the Gourmet Market and enjoy some of the many attractions.

Tickets are sold for each session and are only valid for the time and date indicated on the ticket.

This year’s entry price is lower and 70% of the menu is under $100.

Session times:

Thursday 22 March 2018: 6pm- 10pm
Friday 23rd March 2018: 12.30pm- 4.30pm and 6pm- 10pm
Saturday 24th March 2018: 12.30pm- 4.30pm and 6pm- 10pm
Sunday 25th March 2018: 12.30pm- 5.30pm
