The hedonism and luxury of the new Lexus LS460

While years and years of experience mean a lot in some cases (think about your lawyer, for example), the Lexus clearly show that passion and attention to details can prevail over the experience.

The new Lexus is named LS 460 but it has so much new and improved stuff it should be called LS 1460. The successor of LS 430, the new Lexus is "an animal". OK, let's first take a look at some minority details: technology. LS 460 have a 4.6-liter V8 engine, brand new, which can generate 380 hp, and that's 90 hp more than 430. What does it mean? If you start to read this sentence, at its end you'll move around at 60 mph. If you read it in 5 seconds. Along with many steel horses under the hood, LS 460 has an impressive list of new technology miracles built-in.

First, there's Bluetooth, heated seats, heated steering wheel, DVD and wireless headphones, a folding table, and - yes! - The Park Assist system. With that system, a driver no so comfortable with parking maneuvers can use cameras and computer will fit LS 460 into place. A driver just needs to control the brake pedal, nothing else.

There is also a satellite navigation, XM satellite radio, 30-gigabyte hard drive, dynamic cruise control, and fantastic Mark Levinson 19-speaker sound system which delivers 450-watts of perfect sound.

OK, now on more interesting stuff - hedonism. The new LS 460 is fast car, but also a very quiet one. Its eight-speed automatic transmission together with V8 engine are really good combination. Add to that the fact that we are talking about new engine with all parts designed for quietness and balance, and you'll get the picture.

Well, you won't. Until you sit in it, you won't get the picture. The interior is so superior: leather, lot of legroom, rear console and fold-out table... "L-finesse" is the name of the game. You can enjoy your ride and enjoy in footrest and multifunction massage! Perfectly crafted and designed to the last detail, the interior of LS 460 is absolutely hedonistic.

However, the new LS 460 has a drawback: with all that luxury around you, you'll get to idea to hire a chauffeur for it. And that is a bad idea. It would be shame not to be in the driver's seat when you have such a beautiful car.
