If you want it really big, you'll pick the GM's Hummer. The company announced that new 2009 Hummer H3T will be shown at Chicago Auto Show.

General Motors expect to begin production at the end of the summer this year and the company obviously has big plans because it invested 73 million dollars into a factory in Shreveport that will produce 35,000 units in one year. The new Hummer called H3T was shown at Los Angeles Auto Show back in 2004 and it should cover the market segment of vehicles that are "larger than a midsize truck, smaller than a full-size".

While H3 is the model with the lowest price, and thus bestseller, the new H3T should attract the whole new class of buyers. The H3T has the same basis as Canyon and Chevrolet Colorado, which means it is based on an existing H3 model.

The first thing that you’ll notice is that the new Hummer is 55 centimetres longer (22 inches), while the engines are 3.7L 5-cylinder, and 5.3-litter V-8 engine that will be inside Alpha model. If the Hummer was big, the new H3T is huge: you can load it with 2676 kilograms (5,900 pounds) in V8 version (that is about 33 percent more the H3 model).

There are enough room for five passengers and the bed is 1,5 meters long (five foot). The new Hummer has four-wheel drive that’s on all the time and front and rear locking differentials for the true enjoyment when you are driving on the dirt. The new beast will come to you with two types of suspension. One is more suited to off-road and the other will serve you on the asphalt as you drive to a theatre.

The interior is superior just like it has to be. The black seat with white border, combined with top-class materials and smooth, elegant design, make the new Hummer a true limousine inside.

The V-8 engine in Hummer H3 Alpha delivers 300 hp; the transmission is four-speed automatic or five-speed manual transmission. That power will burn the asphalt via 32-inch tyres while you inside enjoy the Luxury interior. In GM they say: "The H3T is ideal for the customer who works hard and plays harder", and it is a true description of the new vehicle that will be in the stores in Europe, Middle East and North America. It will be exciting to see the new model and all personalization option that will be available.
