National polls: Trump's approval ratings drop sharply in just one week

President Donald Trump’s net approval rating dropped by eight points in his first week in the Oval Office, according to Gallup.
On January 22, two days after being sworn in, 45 percent of respondents said they disapproved of Trump’s job performance and 45 percent approved. By January 27, the percentage who approved dipped to 42. ■
