Carpet Vista

Well, we did a lot of things in our lives but we never tried to design a carpet. We stumbled upon CartpetVista's design competition by pure accident and said to ourselves: Why not?

The task was: Modern design, not too much details in it, and if possible in several shapes and sizes. Since mixing the old and the new elements is a challenge by itself, and at the same time something that female's side of histerius duo likes very much, we decided to connect those elements together. The pattern you see is actually an ancient Croatian alphabet called Glagolica. Because of its unusual look and, in fact, very modern design, it fits nicely in the competition rules. The letters read "Carpet Vista" and we designed three patterns, each one in four colors: red, brown, green, and yellow.

First Ferengi rule of acquisition: Do business with histerius.
