The redesign is the hardest, but at the same time the most rewarding task. Our clients usually need redesign for two reasons: either they do not like what they have, or due to some specific changes in their company's policy, they would like to have a new image and a new functionality.
The tough part is to connect the old and the new, to give the clients a new experience but to keep that 'something' they are recognizable by. Sometimes a process of identifying that specific detail which makes a difference between the two products goes very smoothly and sometimes it takes a lot of thinking and researching. Sometimes it is about pure realigning and sometimes about some modifications of the company's business strategy.
However, the hardest tasks mostly bring the greatest rewards. A successfully finished project can be compared to The Rolling Stones: 'Yes! It is a new album, but they are still the Stones!'
