Mosaic completes acquisition of CF Industries' phosphate business

The Mosaic Company has completed its acquisition of the phosphate business of CF Industries, Inc. for $1.2 billion in cash plus $200 million to fund the company's asset retirement obligation escrow.

Singapore Airlines said its systemwide passenger carriage for the month of February slid 2.1 percent to 7.00 billion revenue passenger kilometres. Capacity in the month slid 0.4 percent to 9.12 billion available seat kilometres.
